The Buhle Philosophy On Pain
It is our philosophy that there is NO such thing as “normal pain.” Whether it is chronic neck pain, back pain, joint pain or headaches. We need to stop normalizing pain as just another part of daily life.
While you may experience “typical pain” associated with accidents, injuries and inflammation. These pains should be short term and dissipate with time as you heal.

Dr. Megan Buhle
Dr. Megan Buhle is the founder of Buhle Chiropractic & Wellness. She has been serving the Valparaiso, IN community as an active Chiropractor since 2015.
Dr. Megan is a graduate of National University of Health Sciences (NUHS). She has trained alongside many great doctors of various backgrounds with-in the healing and wellness fields.
Patients come first, and Dr. Megan has worked with a broad range of people from collegiate athletes to desk jockeys. Her individualize approach insures that each patient is handled with their specific needs in mind. Read more…
Megan R. Office Manager
Megan R. is one of the smiling faces you may see when you enter our office. Megan is a Valparaiso native and is excited to to bring about a better quality of life to those in her community.
As a veteran of our Armed Forces, she is dedicated to helping and serving anyone in need. From start to finish she will be there for you!
Megan can also be found working behind the scenes and is in charge of our billing department. . If there is ever an issue or question about billing, Megan is one who will get us through it!
Michelle - Massage Therapist
Michelle is one of our amazing Massage Therapists here at BC&W. She first started her journey of healing by attending the School of Massage Therapy in Crown Point, IN.
Michelle then went on to earn many other certification in areas such as such as deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, rib release, cupping, hot bamboo and Himalayan salt work, just to name a few..
In addition to that, she will also be offering ear candling and foot reflexology. With her extensive knowledge, experience and passion to help others, you too will see why we believe she is great complement to our Wellness Team.
Jacque H. Acupuncturist
Jacque is our in house Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Specialist. Jacque graduated from Pacific College of Health and Science with a Master’s of Science in Acupuncture.
She feels that it is important to include all aspects of Chinese Medicine into her holistic care approach.Her treatments incorporate cupping, gua sha, and moxa, as well as nutritional advice.
Additionally, Jacque worked extensive hours at Rush University Medical Center in the Oncology unit. During that time she worked with numerous cancer patients as they endured the process of chemotherapy. It is that experience that makes her the valuable member of the BC&W Wellness team that she is!
